Why UX

I've sat on both sides of the table: with renters, buyers and sellers, and with the contractors they scramble to find.

For seven years in real estate, first in leasing and then in residential sales, I've watched clients hit the same wall, including on the worst day of a listing: the day the inspection report comes back. Since 2023 I've also run Air to Air AC & Heating with my husband, dispatching the technicians those homeowners need.

I started closing the gaps I kept seeing through the marketing, web and content work I already did for both businesses, then formally through a UI/UX certification at Southern Institute. What I bring that most junior designers can't: I've already been in the room with these users, many times.
